Project Overview

The site forms part of an agricultural unit known as Woodhouse Farm. The central feature to this site is the Grade II listed farmhouse which is surrounded by several former farm buildings that are in a poor state of repair.



The proposals involve the renovation and extension of Woodhouse Farm alongside the demolition of the agricultural barns to be replaced with three new dwellings, soft landscaping, and EV charging points. 

Our Role

We supported Hopkins Estates Ltd. through the pre-application stage as well as the detailed planning application which involved a listed building application for the renovation of the farmhouse. We negotiated with officers (mainly with the Conservation Officer) to secure a recommendation to approve the scheme which included a number of design changes.
